  I really do not know what this persons problem is! We rented out cars there frequently and we always had a fantastic service, faboulus and the staff was really helpfull in everything. Of course, if some people do not know what they actually have reserved, pretending knowing everything better.. and regarding the tourists stealers: we got a free upgrade. Some people should learn that the reaction of someone is similar to the action of yourself. By the way: you can drop off your 24h a day. You just need to park your in the streets and drop the key into the letter box or (if you really need to talk to someone) at the airport (open sunday till 10pm). Paying one day more? Only if you are 1 hour over the limit (1 day = 24h + 1 tolerance) Anyway: to talk to people often avoids problems and misunderstandings
