Very bad
We were on the relocation plan and our company booked the avis full size with full coverage and gps.We had the for 1 month and return when done.We are located in burlington and Avis does not let the be returned to anyother closer location but to the place from were we rented it.They have crappy customer service to make a simple change in return place/location.So had to get a cab back from airport to burlington and it costed 60 bucks as Avis would not provide a return transport either.the ppl are extremely rude at the center.

This location rented me a "full" sized at 6:00 pm along with a GPS unit. Half way to Marlborough the GPS battery began to die. I called and was told that I could return to the airport. By the time I got to the hotel, it was dead The desk clerk borught out his cell phone and checked the power port. Must be a short in that circuit. Avis apparently pulls the fuse on some to prevent lighter use and smoking, I was told. They said they would book an exchange at a facility north of my Sudbury class location, but when I called the next evening, they didn't have the --but Marlborough did. So I raced to beat their 6:30 closing time, only to find they didn't have it either. Still stuck with no GPS and no way to exchange the except to drive the 40 miles back to Logan after spending 8 hrs in a class all day.
