Expensive but reliable
My AAA cab driver was very professional, knowledgable about the area and friendly. The rates were high but he waited for me at each of my destinations without charging a fee. He even texted me after dropping me off at the hotel to make sure I made it to my room safely! The vehicle was clean and he was a great driver. The only drawback was the high rate - $1 pickup fee and over $2/mile.

Tried to get a friend a long distance ride from Kenedy to the San Antonio airport. Faxed them my drivers lic. and credit card, they refused because they couldn't see my face in the fax. Jump down turn around pick a bail of cotton for nothin.

AWESOME SERVICE!!!
We chartered their minibus to take our whole office out of town for a field trip. What a delightful way to travel! The bus was spotless, comfortable, and we watched movies the entire way. The driver was on time, professional, and perfectly charming. I've had plenty of bad experiences before with charter companies: late arrivals, rude or smelly drivers, dirty vehicles, but AAA was a breath of fresh air. Glad to have an occasion to use them again this fall!

DO NOT USE!
This has been the worst experience of my life! Not only did the limo driver leave us stranded when he decided to go get tacos, but it was almost an hour later when he finally came back! They charged us and friends for unauthorized charges for the samething, so don't pay with a credit card! They also request you pay them via fax with a copy of your card front and back. My card had to be canceled when it fell into the wrong hands during this process! This was the worst experience and the management refused to work with us to clear up the matter! To make matters worse they did all of this on the weekend of the wedding!
